I use stopping power with all my classes except 1, so should I try using other perks. What is your opinion on stopping power?

It depends what class you are using. If you got a sniper rifle. Then its a must. If you have an assault rifle and are camping it out so you can get your nuke, cold blooded is the way to go. Also if your going for the nuke, I would recommend trying a LMG, the got massive ammo stocks and you wont need scavenger.

i always have stopping power and I mean always, i got about 20 nukes. The easiest way to get a Nuke is to play sabotage/domination on WASTELAND (i always do TDM however). Because once you get a harrier it will easily get you a chopper gunner and with that you can spawn kill and they have no where to hide.

It depends on which gun im using and how i want to play really, stopping power doesnt make that much difference for me since i always get chest to head shots.

TBH, for me its a must.
Because I like to snipe alot and without it you wont kill themm in one shot.

I agree that whenever you snipe, stopping power is a must. But most of the time I am running around with an assualt rifle trying to get 7 kills so I can get Harrier, then chopper gunner, and then nuke.
