I got a pretty small budget, can you guys reccomend what I should do to record it/Edit it?

Recording:
Dazzle, HD PVR/ Blackmajic Intesnity Pro

Editing:
1) Get a editor or edit it yourself.
(Try CoD editing channels or CoD media channels on YouTube to find one)

2) You could edit with Sony Vegas, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro,Cinema 4D,etc.
