Get first prestige 70... legit or with hack.
I prefer legit-
1) you can pat yourself on the back
2) I actually don't think it'd still work with a hack...

Yeah, to unlock all the titles you unlock as you go along like the M--W--2 one, you have to get to the same level. Like you unlock that title at level 60+ 1st prestige, so you have to get to 10th Prestige 60+. Gets me?

All you do is get any level..doesnt matter do the hack and when you go to splitscreen to prestige go to titles click MW2 title and prestige and then go online you should be 9th prestige level 70 with the MW2 title. Hope i helped!
