Don't their stats reset to their original state after you Prestige, though?

i used the hx9 files from a video on youtube mate and i was level 70 prestige 9 and then prestiged to lvl 1 10th prestige and it stayed like that and all my stats stayed the saame

You should reset, unless you rank up to Rank 2. That's odd...
