No. To keep it permanent you need to prestige.

as Tokio said, its only permenant to prestige, you'll reset your rank and prestige to what is was before you did the glitch

i can do the prestige hack for you to 9th prestige

atm im editing HSx9s prestige glitch with nightseshs MPDATA to make it when you prestige you keep titles and emblems as well as the choice to stay at level 70..Eek

yeah, i was testing it this morning, i did the prestige giltch but i still had the M-W-2 Titles and Emblems, i was like EekEekEek so im going to publish this as soon as im done !

yeah, it would be interesting to see if it works. Do you know which offsets are the ranks? I'm a noob at looking at the hex data and trying to learn.
