(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well, I've heard whatever you get at 10th prestige, if you de-prestige to say, 3rd, then unlock the SCAR for example, whatever camos you had on the 10th prestige for it would automatically be unlocked.

What my idea was, go to Rank 70, 10th Prestige, with everything unlocked, then de-prestige. Then when you rank up and unlock a gun, you will automatically have everything unlocked for it.

My problems are the following: I don't know if you do actually unlock everything you previously had for the gun instantly, it's just what a few people have said, and every time I try this out my PS3 freezes when I try to load a split screen file onto the 10th Prestige Rank 70 account.

Don't know if this would work, and I don't know if it will freeze for everyone.

What I would like is for someone to go to any prestige, any rank, but have everything unlocked. Then, without quitting the game or anything, to de-prestige, rank up a few times to unlock a new gun, then see if anything is automatically unlocked for it.

I've been trying like crazy to get something to work before the update comes out, but as I previously mentioned my PS3 always freezes at a certain point (I must have tried it at least 15 times now, and no longer want to try incase I damage my PS3).

Edit: If someone did actually manage to get what I'm trying to do to work, could they please make a 2nd account, do it to that account, and let me have the account? It's getting late here, and I have a bad feeling the patch is going to come out over-night; meaning if for some reason this did work, I wouldn't be able to do it myself.

It can't be patched already. The patch has to be ran past Microsoft / Sony first. That usually takes 2 weeks. Due the the 'urgency' of this patch, it will probably be sooner.

It isn't patched, yet. But this still doesn't solve my problem of my PS3 crashing, so I could really do with someone trying this out (it wouldn't take that long, just use the Leaderboard tool to edit the saves).

2 weeks for certification is a bit steep, if anything, it will take a few days, max.
