More than likely, it is what we're thinking. However, your best bet is with HSx9, or Rjive (sp?), they both seem very adept at what they're doing.

You cannot get all titles and embles, these video's you see are fake! they disapear when the person reset there ps3.

Every UNLOCK is saved on the server, the only server edit you can do is the prestige hack.
