I've been searching for a game for half an hour now , I restarted the ps3 and done all sorts of things and I still cna't find a game. What is going on?

im from the uk(PS3) and i havn't had the patch and neither has any of my clan

im guessing they must have realised there is a problem with it and stopped everyone from downloading it till it doesn't stop online play, i recently just quit game and went back on and no patch.
