This is possible, but then you cannot edit the other 5 classes. I think you have to be 10th prestige, setup your classes, then just do the normal prestige glitch but with a lower prestige save file.

There was a tutorial around here explaining how to do this...

when i try to prestige to a lower level nothing happens

theres a thread that tells you how to bypass the last patch and if you do that you can do the prestige hack but to a lower level and still keep the slots, 10th pres emblems and titles.

Im prestige 7 and i have all 10 slots, emblems and titles. Add me if you want to see the emblems. For this to be able to work you have to first unlock the create a class on 10th prestige and change something on every create a class slot and then do the glitch.

I actually forgot to change something on my 10th slot so i really only have 9..

Hi , I did as mentioned above and changed something in each class, then tried to prestige back to 5, i followed the prestige glitch but it didnt work, is there a tutorial somewhere
