but they got EMP i asked how and they said care package.i was like ohh..
then i got on a game later Happy

EMP from care package yes you can get it not sure about nuke some people are saying you can but its a 1 in 1million chance or something.

The chance of getting one is defined as the 17th hardest to get, which makes sense. That is it's cvar value of the chance of getting it in a care package. I think the chances of getting it is 1 in 51.
