You get them all at ~lvl70.

For now you will get a new unlock every few levels or so.

That happens with the hack, you have to pass level 44 in your case, you will then earn them normally.

Which level were you when you done the hack?

It will go back to normal when you reach the level you were when you done the hack

In my case, I was 1st prestige level 57, I done the hack, and now I'm level 37, I need to reach level 57 for my killstreak rewards to go back to normal
