you might notice, that when you try to load up the hack (10th prestige hack, no error) it says "Corrupted data" for one reason this is happening.

The reason is that you can't edit the XP code, after you edit it, it will give you the corrupted data error.


Your Experience Points (XP) is located on the offset 80C - 80F
(00000800, 0C - 00000800, 0F)

7F is said to be the "Maximum" or "Highest" point in the HEX in this game, if you make it higher than that, it may turn NEGATIVE (Negative is bad)

So what you need to do is, mess around with it and add different values, rather than just 7F,

For Example: 8F 7F FF 9F



So work it out hackers, maybe using different codes for the XP so that you can come up with a working 10th prestige hack, after the bypass method.

You solve it by taking any one of the older prestige hack files and just playing it in splitscreen with the newest patch installed. Thats why they were corrupt in the first place because they werent overwritten with patch 1.7...

yea i figured out what was causing it and so only me and monst3r_klipp will know how bypass it correctly and sadly yall banned us so until an unbann look forward to no tutorial

you CAN edit the xp ***BUT*** you need the correct xp hex for level 70 so i say (yes it sucks ass but here you go) get to level 70 without hacking (any prestige) to where you could prestige

I still got HsX9 Error and preg Files that work. Ive been usen them still to this day just fine for 10th. I cannot get 9 to work for crap though....

We've updated the PS3 & Xbox 360 version of Modern Warfare 2, including the following fixes:

- Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades sprint speed normalized.
- Fix for "infinite care package" exploit.
- Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry.
- Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s.
- Fixes to prevent various XP hacks (including the prevention of negative XP)

Note to PS3 Player: The PS3 still needs to receive one additional fix, regarding the infinite care package exploit which is going out today (Feb 16th 2010). EU Players should be receiving it first, with Sony NA going out later.
