i would say start off using the famas pre-made class until you reach rank 8, as soon as you reach rank 8 use the SCAR-H assault rifle, its 1 of the most popular on the game and 1 of the few guns which kills in 2 hits(with stopping power), also imo its got the best iron sights in the game so you can use other attachments than sights.
i'd also suggest giving the heartbeat sensor a go(unlocked after 15 kills with a silencer on the gun) its basically a personal uav attached to your gun(short range) its good for your classic camper or for a more cautious run nd gunner.

for perk 1 i'd suggest sleight of hand until you unlock scavenger.
for perk 2, stopping power.
for perk 3, for s&d use ninja(lots of ppl use heart sensors so its good as it stops you appearing on them), or for other game modes use commando or steady aim.

also id recommend using the spas-12 shotgun as your secondary weapon, its got brilliant range for a shotgun.

all i have to say is mw2= a shit load of campers
so just camp back or u wont get kills
camp for killstreaks:

predator missile
harrier strike
chopper gunner

best ones^^


when u start off just use care package, predator missile, harrier strike

keep changing it once u start getting better at the game

oh yes, campers paradise in this game. I found myself to really slow my game play down. No more Rambo matches.

As a guy above me mention, if you can get 11 kill streak you need a chopper gunner. They are basically the best killstreak on the game. You kill get at least 10 kills with them.

use the ump when u start out then the scar then tar then model shotgun when unlocked and acr silencer is pwnage and camp your ****ing balls off

when you're starting out, I would just stick to the lower kill streaks. you can get XP points when you release them so UAVs are an easy +100 XP.

I would keep your kill streaks setup like this for a while:
1) UAV (3 kills)
2) predator missle (5 kills)
3) Harrier strick (7 kills)

Use the Scar-H and use the Harrier with Chopper Gunner

when you're going through and unlocking killstreaks. I would unlock the emergency air drop. That is was under used in this game.
