Your gonna need to camp like a little bitch.

I personally preffer to use Ground war, as when a domination match starts, there are many "funnel" points where everyone one runs. I'll name a few for the ones you said.
P.S: M16 Thermal is best imo for this.

terminal- On top of the building next to the plane, where the big oil thingy (lol) is.
skidrow- Get lucky in the main building. Thats it : |
karchi- There is a spot on the map where you can climb up for an overlook of B The sestroyed building coutyard. If you look away from the apartment building, you should see a hut looking thing behind you, camp up there.

on karchi i discorved the appartment building [white one] near be were you get on the balcany there is a ledge above the door to camp on its great

For Skidrow , Just try to get your team to capture A and B then spawn camp them at C from the windows. That's what I do..

OR boss them up with the Spas shotgun. My style

1st.Find a corner 2nd.Use the Scar 3rd.Wait for people to go by

or you could just run around
