what do you mean its not working right? I recomend getting a dazzle or something and use splitters so that its immposible to lag.

The controller is going futher than were i tell it to not lag.

I had this exact problem when I played mine through SD

Once i used a component cable rather than the standard RGB it worked fine... i dont know what the actualy problem is but playing in HD rather than SD was the fix lol
