Lol doesn't go cheaper than that if you want to record HD, that is actually a good price. If you want a hauppauge HD PVR you will be paying $249, those are the two top HD recording devices. Only goes up in price from there.

You need a fairly decent computer to use... it has to be a desktop since it is pci-e.
