How to convert US savegame format in EU format?

open save eu and open save us with same hex editor...u can see in left corner up 2 saves...delete eu save and copyus then paste to eu..thats it..

Sorry i'm not able to edit my precedent post!
Maybe I've misunderstood the conversion process!
I opened MPDATA file with HeX Editor and then which line have I to edit?
Please, help! Can you be more precise on the process steps?
