(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); what the title says, I want my offline MP profile to be level 70 prestige 10 with EVERYTHING unlocked for testing's purpose. (see what build is best etc for my online account)

I know that I read a thread before about how to properly edit MPDATA but if my memory serves me correct there was no way to have everything unlocked + max level.

Yes you can have everything. I suggest to look around this section and look for either TheSpartans tool or TheUnknown's tool for changing your stats. I just did mine to 9th lvl 70 just for fun and I have everything. You can even customized your stats to your liking as well.
