On estate near were you respawn in demolition near the main house theres a garage with a white double door and a stack off logs at the back of it, jump on the little wall in front of it then onto the little green hedge next to the car then onto the garage roof, when your on the roof theres a tree that leans right next to the garage wall, the elevator is on the left branch of that tree, not a jump elevator just a normal one, send me you gt if you want me to show you on ps3.

try it, it's definitely there because you get that glitching when your close, just before you go up.
