In core game modes the health is higher than in real life, for the purpose of the game. if you want it to be realistic go play hardcore.

Put on FMJ and Stopping Power dont use silencers as it reduces range and is a 2 shot kill, if you shoot in the foot its not a kill aim for the top end of the body.

i just have to say if you cant kill a painkiller with a hole clip of m4 you must suck cuz it should only take 1 to 3 extra shots and if you did use the hole clip then you missed meaning you suck.

I haven't realy shot anybody with a painkiller yet
