I think the semtex is much better than a frag
1. it sticks on ur enemy
2.U can hold it how long do u want
3. No one can throw it back

None they are both shite! They are nowhere near what they we're like on cod 4.

If I had to pick one though, It would be frag because you can cook it

frag because if you know someone is in a building or something you can cook it so it pops right on him unlike semtex also if you know someone is in a building and your outside the building you throw a frag at the roof so it bounces of the ceiling down beside the enemy unlike semtex will stick to the ceiling

Plus semtex makes frigging nosie ...

I gotta admit the Semtex is pretty powerful, but i would rather have frags

Pretty even for me.
You can ricochet the frag off of stuff to get at people, and you can cook it too. The semtex can stick to people insuring a kill, and stick to riot shields too.

I use Semtex the most.
