1) Go to youtube.com and Create an account if you don't have one or if you have one sign in.
2) Go to Upload
3) Upload a big video (20mb or more)
4) Let the video uploading and Go to your PS3 and Press Find Game and Find the Game mode you want (It will lag a bit)
5) Invite all the people you want or tell them to join session)
6) After you invited all the people you want, go back to your computer and cancel the uploading
7) The game should Start Right away

yes it does but better with wireless i find.

make a 10 minute video with a blank picture and save it as AVC or something
