I editied a screenshot of what happened.

Hypothesis: I believe I shot and threw the knife at the same time, using the Intervention.

NOTICE: I got the screen shot off Google and this was the best one, I URGE YOU TO JUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE RETICULE, my editing skills are limited. I was also playing in first person So I didn't really see if I leaned or not.
