You have to get the 10 Nukes within the same prestige, and after you unlock the "End Game" challenge. If you've done both of these then no idea why you haven't got it.

You have to get 10 in 1 prestige after you unlock the killstreak challenges.

oh right thats the problem then, i just prestiged thanks for your help guys

the end game title is for 5 nukes and the nuke emblem is for 10 nukes
