Not necessarily. I've run into alot of newer players with PainKiller and I don't spawn camp at all. To be honest, I know/remember very few spawn spots. If I hit a PK, I let him/her go. No use in trying because while you are concentrated on the PK player, someone else will whack you from behind or from your sides....

Kill cams would be my first choice I think. I don't care for the scrambler perk when I use alot of claymores in a match, or when people are using commando against me. I love commando though...

Id keep killcam because the noobs camp who kill you so u find them!BUT! They ruin your killstreak! I was on 34 and i killed a noob and heawned the little camper!! SHOT ME WITH A SHOTGUN FROM ABOUT 30M AWAY N GOT A HEADSHOT!

I killed them with my nuke tho lol!

That's not saying much.
