Basically, put on final stand, and tac insertion, crawl under something and get where it says prone blocked, but also where you cant stand, like under the walkway to the top of rust or something similar, have your friend put you in final stand,and face your back towards the wall and push into it, then when you revive from final stand, you'll go into prone, forcing half your body into the wall, the put a tactical insertion there, and let your friend kill you, you'll spawn inside the wall

EDIT: Be VERY careful when you place your tactical insertion because it was designed to spawn you outside of glitched areas, to prevent just this, and if placed wrong it can actually spawn you about two or three feet from the marker so that you wont glitch, gotta be careful, IW is tricky so yeah, just watch where you place it...

Just practice throwing a semtex far enough from you that it doesnt kill you but it only puts you in last stand

Maybe put one man army so you can reload your ammo or change classes!
