I'm not new to this
To begin with, I'll post some of my personal 'worst guns in the game'
Feel free to post your own lists or suggestions. After we narrow down to a few of the worst guns, we will have a poll on which will gain the title of 'Worst MW2 Gun of All-time'
Here is my list
1 is worst, 10 is bad but not the worst
Gun - comment
1. F2000 (Thermal sight) - Horrible recoil... I recommend never using this attachment
2. UMP .45 (ACOG sight) - I put acog on this because nearly no one uses thermal with SGs
3. AA12 (Silencer) - This guns already very short range is shortened even further with this attachment.
4. FAL - This gun is good in all respect - but unless you have a turbo controller, semi autos just dont stand up to burst fire/full auto guns in this game. It also recoils too much to be used at a long range.
5. Famas (Silencer) - I dont know if this is just me or what, but when I have silencer on this gun it is nearly impossible to kill anyone unless you are very close - then the point of an accurate 3 burst gun is gone there.
6. WA2000 - I know plenty of people who like this, but personally I don't. It has the smallest clip of all semi auto snipers and the m21 beats it in being able to land more than 1 shot, and the .50 cal beats it in getting 1 shot kills.
7. L86 LSW - This gun is very good when used with a grip - at the cost of bad sights. If you add a red dot instead of grip though, the recoil is horrible. Bling works well on this gun, but it's not good to have a gun which needs bling to be well rounded.
8. M9 - This pistol SAY it has the same damage as the USP.. However the range being much lower makes it take more shots from a medium range. The clip has a good size, but if I need to take someone out, I want a handgun more reliable than the M9.
9. Striker - Although it has a large clip and is semi auto, if its a shotgun, it needs to kill in 1 shot, not 2-3 shots.
10. Desert Eagle - Without akimbo, the recoil on this handgun is too much to handle effectively and you end up missing most of your targets. With akimbo, power is all that matters, so it is a good choice for that.

People are good with different things, just on how they play. I personally hate the Rangers, because they have no range. So "Ranger" is a stupid name for it. Just a thought, no hard feelings ranger whores :rolleyes:.

6)Mini-Uzi - The Mini-Uzi is actually pretty good, I just don't prefer to use it.
7)Javelin - No way you're getting a kill with this unless someone is camping or runs along without seeing it.
FAMAS - It's the predecessor of the M16.
9)M93 Raffica - People trying to pronounce the name sound stupid.
10)All LMG's. - They're all just complete spray weapons.
The perk I hate most is the death streak perk Painkiller. I have to pump 3/4 of a clip with 100% accuracy into my enemy just for him to drop dead when they use this. It gives you a crazy health boost, and leaves you vulnerable.

A lot of the guns are really worthless. This is Modern Warfare 2, and quite a few of the guns aren't even used by modern military's anymore. Hell, the AK-47 is being phased out of third world countrys and terrorist organizations now. Most of them are getting the old AK-74 series now, because Russians now have the AK-1xx models, and the stardard for NATO armies is the AK-101.
I'm just tired of seeing outdated guns because they look cool. Seriously, who in their right mind would bring a "Ranger" or "Model 1887" shotgun with them on to the battlefield?!? NO ONE! Realistically, what would you take on to the battlefield? A shotgun that was made over a century ago? Or the shotgun that is capable of full automatic fire, with practically zero recoil, and has the capability of a 20-round circle clip with explosive rounds?!?!? Seriously...which one would you take? I'll even giving you the option of having Akimbo 1887's....

4.) FAL - I love the semi-auto rifles, but still, they could do better then this.
5.) MP5K - so many models of the MP5 that are better then this, and the same company made a better SMG that is IN THE GAME. The UMP.
6.) Mini-Uzi - why not the micro uzi?
7.) AUG-HBAR - Why is this a LMG? This is an Assault Rifle.
8.) MG4 - newer then the AUG-BHAR with the same round but somehow has way less power. One of the few guns in MW2 that was actually made this century.
9.) M240 - somehow as weak at the MG4, which is bull because it's again, got the same round. Made in the 1970's.
10.) Blast Shield - not really a weapon, but doesn't help enough during explosions.

9. WA2000 - Small Clip, 2 shot kill w/o FMJ
10. M1014 - Annoying range, too much recoil, doesn't shoot fast enough
