if your holding a care package marker you can't plant the bomb on search and destroy

Not realy a glitch but when any gamemode is started there should be a 10 second Grenade launcher delay,the same as the kill streak delay because getting spawn killed at the start of S& happens alot to me and im sure alot of others too.
