Thats not it... Im level 70 10th prestige and I don't got it yet. You HAVE to complete all the prestige challenges to get it. Something that nice won't come to you that easy.. just like the rotating cross you have to get 1000 kills from AC130. Thats already hard enough (LONG). But ya all you have to do is complete the prestige challenges. It has already been confirmed..

im lvl 54 10th prestige so i will soon see if this is legit or not. If its not i will personally have your head put on a pike. lol.
