When I found the "banned" profile it was a different name.

When I reported the suspected multi this profile was active along with the banned one.

HSx9 posted on his wall asking him to be polite when trying to recruit people to his clan. As I suspected he deleted the comment today (as it was there earlier) and now it says

Hes a liar and a cheater, he obviously has something to hide , why else would he delete HSx9's suggestion to be more polite and not flame people in his recruitment threads.
