ya as rick the killer said you can get it only on single player and spec ops. I wouldnt suggest putting it on because it makes some parts of the game impossible to beat

well i saw it on ps3 i picked up a weapon from the floor and it says the name and explosive bullets i was like wtf is this

i did the same thing but i cannot find an answer on how to get it anywhere

IT'S NOT A HACK!

Get FMJ for LMGs.

Example: Attach FMJ on the MG4 and when you play in multiplayer, it says MG4 Explosive Rounds.
