I was playing away merrily the other night (10k : 3d) and having just called in an attack helicopter I thought, I think I’ll use my care package now, as soon as it landed I snapped it up to discover it was an EMP (my first one) without thinking I used it. Within a second or so I hear my attack helicopter spiralling away to destruction after only just getting overhead, B****cks.:mad:

ive done it before, my attack heli fell out of the sky as soon as i used EMP.. i didnt care tho cuz the heli was gonna go away soon.

You know when he launchers that huge missile from the Sub and Shepherd says no? I think, Shepherd though it was a Nuke, but Price knew all along it was an EMP, and thats why he fired it against orders to bugger the Russians in America.

It was a nuke, but when it detonates in space (destroying the ISS) it creates the EMP. All nuclear weapons create EMP. Although you can create an EMP without the nuclear fallout with an EMP bomb (E-Bomb or pinch), this is featured in the Ocean’s 11 movie.

Didn't know that man, cheers. I thought you just had Nukes and EMP's, didn't know Nukes had that ability aswell :p And I remember watching that bit from Ocean's 11

No probs +sfx.Caspa, I'm full of useless pieces of info like that as I watch a lot of discovery and Nat Geo and some of it just sticks in my head. I normally bore the living s**t out of my girlfriend/mates with this stuff, it’s nice to be helpful for a change.

I did start this post about stupid things you've done in MW2 not sure how this whole EMP debate came about; it’s strange how topics can change come on guys any more stupidity!!!!!!
