(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Anyone know if they're any good with MW2? Was considering buy a set in the next few days. Are they worth getting now or waiting a few more weeks and getting a higher quality one? Or can someone recommend a better one for around the same price.

ill give you a quick review.

Read for which type of game mode you play

Search n Destroy:
Trust me if you play search and destroy you want this headset !!
if your the last person or even if your not you can ear the enemy from a mile away !

even if you think "well i could have my tv turnd up full" then think if you have an standard bluetooth headset then you can only ear the game from the other ear.
so say your left ear is from people talking
and your right ear is game mode.
with the turtle beach it come's from both and its perfectly balanced !

Other game modes (TDM, HQ, FFA, SAB, DOM)
Then its mostly explotions..
so its still good but the noises from air support is kinda loud.
but you can still ear the enemy.
i was playing Hardcore HQ and i could ear the enemy smashing window's from the other side of the map.

So no offence
but if your a noob then i wouldnt bother.
but if yoru a pro gamer then BUY ONE !

if this helped click the thanks button Smile

Believe me, $100 isn't worth getting a few extra kills... Heck, I'd gladly let someone shoot me for $100.

EDIT: If you're good at the game, you shouldn't really be worried about being shot in the back.

It's not about the extra kills. I agree it would be pretty sad paying 40 quid for a few extra kills. It's all about getting a better quality gaming experience. I would just buy normal headphones but if I can get them with a mic I might as well.

CollateralKills
Do a barrel roll!
CoD4 (to my knowledge) even with Dead Silence you can hear them. But it's not worth getting these things. If you want to spend money on a game or two to get more kills so you can be a higher level... go for it.
