(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been searching for days and days and I was wondering if it is possible to make a hack to customize your controller settings, for example knifing with R2 or somthing along that line

In MW this was possible by editing binds to standard game commands. In MW2, as far as we know, using Binds is no longer possible.
