I understand if people use WA2000 and M21 on hardcore as it is a one shot gun but you may aswell be using the fal with acog sight.

Once i was on Core Team Deathmatch on a streak of about 31 and someone shoots me with a WA2000 without stopping power 1 shot in the ballsack after missing 2 bullets the third hit me SO MUCH BULSHIT

just wondering, how many snipers are bolt action in todays world? alot of them are semi auto (just after a quick rough look online) so i can see why theres not many bolt action snipers in mw2 (even to i would prefer them to all be bolt action)

What they should do is bring back the M40A or the R700

I think it's more like the R700 from COD4 because of it's power. It's really a combination of both when you consider 1.) the accuracy (M40A1) 2.) the power (R700) 3.) the size of the clip (M40A1) and 4.) for as much power as it has, it's easy to get back on your target quickly (both rifles).

In real life, the Intervention Sniper Rifle (made by CheyTac) is a VERY advanced sniper rifle that with your spotter comes with a computer that helps snipers calculate all the variables to make the shot for you. It easily should be the most accurate rifle in the game, and of all the single-bolt sniper rifles still being used in the world today, I'm glad IW got something right when putting the best of a type of weapon into the game (imo, they really messed up the SMG selections, and a few of the Assault rifles too)

I think the WA2000 is a pretty good gun.
Bolt-action rifles are much less popular in real life now and I'm pretty sure the CoD series try to make the game as realistic as possible, hence the lack of bolt-action rifles.

This don't make sense you say you would rather have a semi any day and then your asking for the m40 and the r700 back.
