In secondary weapon slot you can replace a secondary weapon hex code with a primary weapon or special grenades

In special grenades slot you can replace special grenade hex code with a primary weapon or a secondary weapon

Can you unlock weapons that you shouldn't be able to get until a designated level? Example: Could I unlock the AK-47 (Level 70) even though I'm level 12? (Using hex editor of course).
