Im sure you have reached the proper level to unlock the pistol, the Desert Eagle. In COD4 this gun was the choice of millions of players. Now its MW2, and the weapon hasn't fared as well. It's changed look some have described as "an ugly toy gun". And on top of that, the recoil is so horrendious that every shot makes it jump up by 2 inches (not ingame, REAL LIFE). This weapon is possibly the worst weapon in the game. Why do I use it? I got the idea to get the desert eagle title and use it with the eagle emblem. In my experiance, I think I can give you a few pointers on how to use it.

How to fire:
People who use other pistols like to aim in. This is a big no-no. Although this gun has very high recoil, it does have unparralled hip fire accuracy. Always you should fire relatively slowly and through the hip.

Suggested Attachments:
These are the attachments I suggest using. Either the Tactical Knife or Akimbo. The tactical knife not only speeds up knifing, it also cuts the recoil in
half. Meaning that you can ADS at pretty close ranges. The Akimbo is a great attachment. Just one touch of both shoulders means instant death.

Suggested Perks:
Here is my setup. Scavenger for the ammo. Stopping Power because of its high impoertance for the weapon. And Steady Aim (see how to fire).

Suggested Modes:
I suggest playing ground war and HQ because of the sheer amount of people total/going to one place.

Suggested Maps:
Scrapyard and Skidrow comes to mind. These maps have cramped spaces and arent to large. Dont use this exclusively during a game on Favela because of the rooftops

Same here. I can get a Tact knife for a Desert Eagle but not the Magnum, a weapon that is loads easier to use.
