Well the way you do it is Get host and then sign out and then wait 10 secs and sign back in. But on Xbox 360 there is no way found unless you have 6 people and get host and have really bad internet that no one can connect to you.

I have a quick question, to lock the lobby, do you sign out and back in in the lobby or once the game has started?

because of host migration on mw2 simply making your connection suck won't get you the host,
I have not found an easy way to get the host yet and seen as i live in a part of the UK that only has 1 broadband provider that sucks i rarely get host,
although i have found that if once i search for a game i hold up on my analog stick so it skips through the menu's like barracks and kill streaks etc. I get into an empty lobby and get host, until it migrates thanks to my rubbish internet speeds
