No on the Xbox 360 version of MW2, there is a speed hack. Makes everyone really fast. Just 360 as far as I know.

its a progressive hack anyone who joins a game with it will keep it until they join another game without it or turns their console off.

I defeated!
Dude all you could have done is slowed the video down and then
keep speeding it up and made it look like a speed hack but I'm not
buying it
