Intro
I tried this last night and it took me about 5 hours just to learn how to do it and to get the right tools to do it with. Then about 10 tries before I finally got it, because I had to keep switching files and such until I found one that wasn't corrupted or actually worked. At this point, it seems very easy to me and I could probably go back and do another 20 accounts. To, hopefully, save other users time in the future on doing this, I'm going to make my own thread with all of the files that worked for me and the way that worked for me.

Downloads
Any of the Patch Blocker downloads should work, they are all just mirrors.
The save will finish you on the 9th prestige, but the prestige file was corrupt even after the fix.
The prestiges is to fix the corrupt one in the save. Just pick the one that you want to end on and stick it in the Prestige save. Remember to rename it MPDATA and delete the old one still in the file.

Corrupt File Fix
The files will be corrupt to start off with, and so we must fix that so that we can even do the hack.

Flash Drive
Plug in your Flash drive and copy the entire PS3 save that you downloaded above, with the non-corrupt Prestige, onto your Flash Drive. Safely remove the Flash drive from your computer and plug it into your PS3. Go to Saved Data Utility under your Game menu on your PS3 and copy the saves over onto your PS3 from your Flash drive. You can now remove your Flash drive from the PS3 and shouldn't need it any longer.

Fix
If not done yet, insert MW2 into your PS3. Start up the game. Go to Multiplayer and then Play Online. Back out of it and go into Split Screen. Load up the Error save. You should get the error message now and it will kick you back into the multiplayer menu. Go back into Split Screen and into the account. Go to Barracks and then Prestige Mode. Accept all of the messages that show and Prestige the account. You will get another error and get kicked back to the multiplayer menu. Go into Lan Party and then Change Offline Profile. Load up the Prestige save. Go back to the Multiplayer menu and then go to Play Online. Exit back out and do it all over again. After you have opened the Prestige save for the second time, go back into Play Online and then exit the game.

Runthrough
1. Copy saves from Flash drive onto PS3.
2. Start MW2.
3. Go to Multiplayer.
4. Go to Play Online.
5. Back out and go to Split Screen.
6. Load Error save file.
7. Go to Split Screen and enter the account.
8. Prestige it.
9. Go to Lan Party.
10. Go to Change Offline Profile.
11. Load Prestige save file.
12. Go to Play Online.
13. Repeat steps 5-12.
14. Exit game.

Patch Block
I suggest that you read the rest of the tutorial before doing any of it past this point, if you are trying to do this while reading through that is.

Block
Go to Settings on your PS3. Go to Network Settings, it should be near the bottom of the list. Go to Internet Connection Settings. Select Custom. Enter all of your normal settings up until Proxy Server. Select Use. Open the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0 on your computer. Copy the IP that it shows and enter it as the address of the Proxy Server on your PS3. Continue through the settings until it asks you to save them. Press Start on the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0 and then save the settings on your PS3. Test the connection, it should be successful. Wait until the connection is done and then exit it and go back to the Game menu on your PS3. Go to Game Data Utility. Delete the MW2 file. Start up MW2. If done right, it shouldn't bring up the option to patch.

Runthrough
1. Got to Settings on your PS3.
2. Go to Network Settings.
3. Go to Internet Connection Settings.
4. Select Custom.
5. Enter your normal settings up until Proxy Server.
6. Open the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0 on your computer.
7. Enter the IP that the Blocker gives you as the Address.
8. Continue through settings until it asks to save.
9. Click Start on the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0.
10. Save settings.
11. Test connection and wait until it finishes.
12. Exit and go back into the Game menu on your PS3.
13. Go to Game Data Utility.
14. Delete the MW2 data file.
15. Start MW2, it shouldn't ask to patch if done right.

Tutorial
This is like the same as you did when doing the corrupt fix above.

Quick
This is what I meant you should read when I said to wait earlier before doing this all. When you test the connection, it will sign you into PSN. You only have so long before you get signed out. Everything after that has to be rushed. If you don't, you will have to try again and again until you get it right. You might get annoyed, but you will love the outcome. Just keep at it. If you get signed out during any of this, you have to exit the game, sign back in, and then try again. As I said at the beginning of the thread, this took me quiet a bit of time. The times that I did beat the signout, the files would be wrong or corrupt or something. Again, just keep at it.

Hack
This continues on from the Patch Blocker section above. Start up MW2 if not done yet, you shouldn't get the Patch update message. Go to Multiplayer. Go to Play Online. Back out and go into Split Screen. Load up the Error save file. Go back into Split Screen again. Enter the account. Go to Barracks. Go to Prestige. Agree to it all and prestige the account. Go into Lan Party. Go to Change Offline Profile. Load the Prestige save file. Go back to the Multiplayer menu. Go to Play Online. You should be the prestige before that one that you want at level 70, but don't stop just yet. Go to Barracks. Go to Prestige and agree to it all to Prestige your account. Now it is all done. If you get signed out now, don't worry. Quit the game and go back to Settings. Go to Network Settings. Go to Internet Connection Settings. Change all of your settings back to normal and remove the Proxy Server. Oh yeah, you can close the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0 on your computer. Go back to Game and start MW2. Download and install the patch/update. Go to Multiplayer and then Play Online. You are now officially at that prestiged that you wanted. Some of your things won't be updated to this prestige yet though, like Titles, Emblems, and Custom Class spots. Enter an online game and play it through. You will unlock everything that is missing after that. Also, all of your info on challenges and attachments will remain the same. You will have to unlock the weapons or challenges to use/continue with them, but they are still there as far as you had them before the hack. Congrats!

Runthrough
1. Start MW2.
2. Go to Multiplayer.
3. Go to Play Online.
4. Back out and go to Split Screen.
5. Load the Error save file.
6. Go to Split Screen.
7. Enter the account.
8. Prestige it.
9. Go to Lan Party.
10. Go to Change Offline Profile.
11. Load the Prestige save file.
12. Go back to the Multiplayer menu.
13. Go to Play Online.
14. If you sign out during any of the above steps, quit the game, sign in, and start again at 1.
15. Prestige your account.
16. Quit the game.
17. Go to the Settings menu on your PS3.
18. Go to Network Settings.
19. Go to Internet Connection Settings.
20. Change all of your settings back to normal and remove the Proxy Server.
21. You can close the PS3 Patch Blocker v1.0 on your computer if not done yet.
22. Save the settings and test the connection.
23. Exit out of it and go back to the Game menu.
24. Start MW2.
25. Download and install the patch/update.
26. Go to Multiplayer.
27. Go to Play Online.
28. Play through an Online game and all of your new prestige info will update.
29. You are done, do whatever you want.

I like sticky threads, therefore i like this thread Thanks for putting this into one place!

when i go to download the file. like the prestige it doesn't give me it in a folder and i have winrar.

Those are the MPDATA save files, they won't be in folders. Download the Save file above it, it will have the folders that you need. Then download the prestige file that you want and place it in the Prestige folder, remember to rename it to MPDATA and delete the old one.

No, just the Prestige one. It should be titled something like... "BLUS30377-PROFILEMP-PRESTIGE" The letters and all doesn't matter, just as long as it is the Prestige folder.

and there is like ._mpdata do i delete dat or only the mpdata?
