I got at least 2 by accident in a FFA match . I was snipe camping and 1 dude came around the corner just as I line up with the other ones head and BANG! I got the title's. I did it with the FA2000 with thermal only.

I thought I would have to setup a kill like that to get 2 with 1 bullet. Then again I did manage it on cod 4 also by accident.

3 with the intervention with stopping power and fmj (2 were headshots)

Mines is 4, Highrise. Where you start off and snipe thats when. I got it with an Intervention FMJ with Stopping Power, Slight of Hand, Steady Aim.

Mine's only 2 on mw2, but on cod4 I got 5 in shipment everyone was in the middle lol

Triple on Quarry, on SnD.
I was going up that big hill with a lil' camping spot in if anyone knows where I'm talking about.
Anyway, I was about to snipe this one person, some other guy came up, so I quick scoped, and i only just saw some random face really close up on my scope, it made me jump but a triple for a predator-a predator for a multi. Done. Worked out for bang on 100 kills and 20 deaths

most iv had is a triple
but i did get a double headshot then same again next bullet across highrise

Triple on Snd Highrise. I had a quad fail where i got a triple on Rundown and then got an assist from my teammates tube.

Triple on highrise S& With .50 Cal blung with Thermal and FMJ. It was when I got my first All Pro too
