Both silenced, and no stopping power !

Definatly the Scar. I like the FAL bling silenced and red dot for long range. The Scar can be an all-purpose weapon with hardline.

it depends what kind of match you play, for domination and S& i would use the FAL but for TDM i would use scar, the scar has a higher fire rate and i mean wayyyyyyyyyyy higher haha.
But their both very good. FAL for hardcore TDM its 1 hit

scar is for noobs its bullet damage is WAY too high and it has no recoil AT ALL... just like the ACR (its for newbs too)... please no flaming i don't want to read it okay? i'd choose the FAL anyday over both of them

acr and scar are used like crazy. On my first prestige I maxed out my fal but have hardly touched it now. I liked using it silenced with the thermal scope. I never use stopping power so im not sure if it made much difference. You just have to learn to fire really fast with the fal. If im run N' gun N' then scar if im sneakin around fal silenced with acog or thermal.
