theres already a deathstreak like that called painkiller and triples your health in only 3 deaths.

I know that, But I was saying that the my deathstreak perk would last until you die. Not 10 seconds.

I think Every perk should be able to be upgraded, once again after pro. eg.

Scavenger pro 2 = Faster stealing care packages
Slight of hand pro 2 = Faster changing weapons
Ninja pro 2 = Faster Bomb defusing

And so on with all the rest of the other perks.

I'm sure that people would do this, but you can only have the deathstreak until you get 1 more kill, so It's sorta a waist to try and get 5 deaths.

3rd Perk-Have less health,but more bullet damage.
(This can be used with stopping power,although it would be uber powerful!)
