OK so what you have to do is very simple although you must be on a certain prestige that i do not know but it has the challange Spectere IV. People has been saying you need to be 9th prestige lvl 1 and work your way up to 10th prestige lvl 70 but this is not true at all so dont bother doing that because it's fake and not true 1 bit.

yes In order to complete Spectre IV you must get 1000 kills with your AC-130
