Nah this aint true, Why would it only be the Deagle that gets special treatment...

and theres nothing programmed into the game so far(only the camos themselves) that theres an option for selecting Camos, Might be released as a DLC..

not true. before the 1.07 patch i did the hack where you had all challenges done and everything and no gold deagle so this is a lie.

They should have done what they done in CoD4 to get gold guns except you do it by completing all veteran challenges.
