Ok, first on turn on patch blocker and let it stay on. Nothing more to do with that.

Second, load up the game, hit online, then go to split screen, load error on controller one, will say error, is ok, then load prestige on controller 2, go and start a game with those two controllers, once started, just jump or shoot, then end game.

Back out, end game, delete patch 1.07.

Go to network settings and go to proxy, click use, use the proxy, then go to start game.

As fast as you can, go to online, then back out go to split screen, load error, continue with that profile, prestige it, back out, load prestige profile, back out go to online, go to barracks, go to prestige, prestige up.

back out and end game, reset network settings, download patch.

Good to go. Enjoy.

Can this be done through a wireless network or LAN only, i think you would need to clarify that to the folks

I did it at least 100 times now and all thru wireless, and it still works, did 2 more today.

By the way, after I have done this hack for people and they say they will come back here and add to my rep, I don't see that anyone has done that.

Im almost to prestige 10 level 60 and still haven't gotten a nuke or emp. Really pisses me off sometimes in this game.

when ever i do this and try to go back online after i USE proxy it wont let me go online it gives me an error saying 80710504 and when ever i test the connection it says a connection error has occured.(80028EA6)
