if your under 45 use this setup:

riot shield
spas or striker
scavenger pro
light wieght
3rd perk whatever
no grenades or semtex allowed.

if your 45 and over use this setup:

rpd or p90 akimbo
one man army
lieght wieght
3rd perk whatever

and also have a riot shield class
one man army
and other perks don't matter
