Just open the MPDATA with a hex editor. Find the line with 810 in it. Find where it says 09 to the right of the 810. Change that to 06 and save. That will make you level 1 7th prestige.

Which MPDATA? Like the error file or the prestige or the save player

Have you tried the way that whilst you have the 1.07 patch load the files beforehand then do patch blocker.

It's the MPDATA in the Prestige folder. Also yes you must do what Leprecon has said.
