however as i stated in the title they MAY RESET the hackers with over the top scores but i doubt it

They are just getting rid of the people with 2147...... score on the top.

yeah they just clean out the top whatever number they choose

They will just keep doing this, this is so pointless to clean it up.. because 5mins its cleaned, hacker with just put there 2147+ score up again.
