There is a chance you can get banned and i bet someday they will ban alot of people without warning

They havn't banned anyone using the 1 kill 1 prestigue hack, (i mean xbl accs not xbox's lol), no xbl accs have been banned for using the speed, no gravity, no friction, slo mo, explosive ammo, or gtnm mods...i'd say no, but you know, your choice

technically, they can't ban anyone who didn't host the xp lobby, but participated. This is because they have no record of hack or any manipulation what so ever. They can't ban you based on the jump in XP because there is no ground to prove you had someone hack for it. Gamertags are different however. Anything you do on the internet is there forever, and if you do this, they could find it. However, it doesn't really effect the game. MS rules say that any game manipulation that gives other players an unfair advantage, is "illegal". Gamertag changing isn't like changing your stuff so that u always have one shot kills and can never die. rep if this was helpful to anyone.

Didn't I just say that lol? I said they can only console ban the host if he's using a JTAG......
